I had no idea why Marc Jacobs was so popular until now.

I know I'm a big sucker for shoes, but...
...THESE. ARE. ADORABLE.

It's too bad: A) Marc Jacobs is a Hillary supporter and B) I'm a broke-ass ho, anyway.

I just canceled out part of my own fucking donation.

I was super excited about getting this:

And then I saw this:

Ugh. At least I smell pretty.

I've been craving good, Asian home cooking for so long now.

Oh man, my mom just gave me a huge container of Kimchee, a container of green tea ice cream, and frozen catfish-over-rice dishes.

I'm so happy right now.

Damn, that was a long hiatus.

YES. After two weeks of not having a fully-functioning laptop, everything is finally okay. My dad is a computer genius.

So what have I been up to in the past few weeks? A second MAGIC trade show with American Apparel, and campaigning like crazy for Obama. Yeah, I'm pretty interesting.

Maybe I'll have something interesting to write later.

ilu aa

American Apparel's got me back in San Diego, doin' my thang.

I've already spent my per diem at the local Hello Kitty store (one that I had to buy something from, only because it reminded me so much of the HK store I worked at in high school...and the bag I got is cute and useful, too).

More interesting updates later.

Adventures in late-night grocery shopping.

As I'm perusing the frozen food selection at the local Safeway, I see out of the corner of my eye a "bro"-looking dude stagger in my direction, followed by an older woman pushing an empty shopping cart.

The gentleman, clearly inebriated, started my way and nodded at me.

"How you doin' tonight?" he asks, pushing back the hood of his puffy, camouflage-printed winter coat.
"I'm fine, how are you?" I politely reply.
"You're gorgeous," he says to me. Then, returning his hood to its upright position, he stumbled onward, announcing, "Ma, I gotta get some Lean Cuisines. I'm tryna watch what I eat."

The young man then wished me a good night, and continued his drunken, parentally-supervised errands.
